Here, top chefs will reveal to you the secrets of French cuisine, the pinnacle of gastronomy. Choose from learning how to make cocktail appetisers, hors d'oeuvres and a main meal or the famed almond-flavoured macarons. The Alain DUCASSE Cooking School is a contemporary 700-m² space in the heart of Paris, with four workshop kitchens, where the classes take place. You will be taught by one of Alain DUCASSE's best students: Julian Mercier, Franck Geuffroy, and Guillem Kerambrun.
